All rates are for seven nights and are in U.S. dollars. Rental deposit is 25% at time of booking and balance is due 60 to 100 days prior to commencement of rental. Summer rates are effective from April 15 through December 14. Winter rates are effective from December 15 through April 14. All rates are subject to change without notice. Cooks are available upon request for an additional fee depending on meals required. Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Sorry, but no credit cards are accepted.
